The Role
We’re seeking a patient-centered General Dentist to work 2–3 days per week with a clinical focus in:

  • Esthetic Dentistry (veneers, bonding, smile design)
  • Anterior Endodontics
  • Crown & Bridge (single and multi-unit, digital workflows)
  • Clear Aligners (case selection, attachments, IPR, monitoring)

You’ll collaborate closely with our surgical and hygiene teams, leverage digital tools (CBCT, intraoral scanning, clinical photography), and deliver clear, confident case presentations.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform esthetic, endo (anterior), and fixed restorative care
  • Prep, scan, and seat high-quality indirect restorations; communicate clearly with the lab
  • Start and manage clear aligner cases; handle refinements and retention protocols
  • Maintain excellent documentation, informed consent, and post-op follow-up
  • Create a calm, comfortable patient experience consistent with our brand

What Makes You a Fit

  • DDS/DMD with current Texas license (DEA and CSR as applicable)
  • Comfortable with esthetics, anterior endo, and crown/bridge from prep to seat
  • Clear aligner experience (attachments, IPR, staging, photo/scan protocols)
  • Strong communication and case-presentation skills; coachable, team-oriented
  • Bonus: exposure to implant-restorative workflows, CO₂ laser, ErYag Laser, or digital smile design

Schedule

  • Part-time: 2–3 days/week (specific days flexible)
  • Option to add days as the schedule grows

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and some dental extractions.
  • Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Ensure infection control protocols are followed at all times, utilizing aseptic techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options, oral health education, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license.
  • Proficiency in using dental software such as Open Dental is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and procedures related to dentistry.
  • Ability to perform root canal therapy and other complex procedures as needed.
  • Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $650.00 per day
