General Dentist

Our office, located in Austin, is a busy PPO practice with a high patient flow and is in need of a Full-time Associate Dentist. Our goal is to foster an atmosphere where employees are comfortable coming to work, and making sure to put patient care first. We promote quality over quantity. We are looking for someone who is friendly and willing to continue to grow as a dentist.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete a thorough assessment and diagnosis of the patient’s systematic health, teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues
• Compassion: Some patients will be in pain or stressed out. You will need to be compassionate to their needs.
• Document and educate patient on any abnormalities or suspected conditions
• Performing surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Creating treatment plans to maintain or restore the oral health of their patients
• Interpreting x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Position Requirements:

• Valid Dental License in the state of Texas
• Exhibit altruism by always putting your patient’s health first
• Excellent working knowledge of overall dentistry

Pay: $175,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
