General Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry, with experience in oral surgery, implant dentistry, endodontics, cosmetic and Invisalign treatment required. As a Dentist, you will provide high-quality patient care, perform various dental procedures, and ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our patients.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform a range of dental procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including proficiency in software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid dental license to practice in the state of employment.
• Experience in restorative, oral surgery, molar endo, implants, Invisalign experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
• Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
