Competitive Compensation: Earn a high-value compensation of 35% to 40% of collections, with additional bonus opportunities available based on skills and productivity. We offer daily guarantee up to 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Provide a wide range of procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Maintain meticulous patient records.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver the highest quality of care.
• Stay current with professional advancements through continuing education.

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry in Pennsylvania.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
