General Dentist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our reputable dental practice 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Duties:

- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices
- Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
- Administer anesthetics for pain management during procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical documentation systems
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care

Experience:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- State licensure to practice dentistry
- Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Familiarity with medical coding, terminology, and imaging systems
- Knowledge of Epic or CAD software for efficient workflow
