Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Dentist to join our clinic. This is a share-based opportunity, which allows you to grow alongside the clinic and benefit from its success. The ideal candidate should have expertise in a range of dental treatments, including preventive care, restorative procedures, cosmetic dentistry, and surgical interventions. A valid PMDC license for registration with the clinic is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental assessments and diagnose dental conditions.
• Provide a variety of treatments including preventive care, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, and cosmetic dentistry procedures.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients' dental needs and goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring proper documentation of all treatments and procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare specialists within the clinic, including dermatologists, physiotherapists, and dietitians, to offer holistic care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) with relevant training and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in general dentistry.
• Willing to work on a shared basis.
• Valid PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council) license for registration with the clinic.
• Expertise in a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
