Job Opportunity: Female General Dentist (Full-Time)

Location: Zia Dental Care & Aesthetics, Clifton (near 3 Talwar), Karachi

Timings: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Off Day: Friday (Sunday is working)

Salary: Starting from PKR 100,000/month (higher package negotiable based on experience)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Female General Dentist with at least 8 years of hands-on experience* in comprehensive dental care. The ideal candidate must have expertise in patient consultations, accurate diagnosis, effective treatment planning, high patient conversion rates, and excellent post-treatment follow-up.

Candidates with less than 8 years of experience may also apply, but will be offered a lower package accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

BDS from a reputable institute (DOW, KMDC, JSMU, Bahria, or equivalent)

Valid registration with PMDC/PMC

Minimum 8 years of clinical experience in general dentistry preferred

(less experienced candidates may be considered on a reduced package)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct professional dental consultations and perform detailed diagnoses

Convert new patients through strong interpersonal and communication skills

Execute all general dental treatments, including:

Crown preparations and impressions

Restorative procedures (fillings, RCTs (Rotary Expert), scaling & polishing)

Extractions and minor surgical procedures

Preventive treatments and oral hygiene instruction

Pediatric Dentistry:* Must be able to *handle children kindly* and perform procedures such as:

Fillings and pulpectomies

Stainless steel crowns and fluoride treatments

Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure treatment continuity

Keep clinical records updated and manage chairside assistance effectively

Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care

Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and patient-handling skills

Confident in treatment planning and case presentation

Ethical, compassionate, and a team player

Fluency in English and Urdu
