Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. You will perform a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, extractions, and restorative treatments while maintaining a safe and sterile environment in accordance with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform dental procedures such as extractions, fillings, crowns, and other restorative work.
• Provide preventive care through cleanings and patient education on oral hygiene practices.
• Fabricate dental appliances as needed for patient treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the dental office management system.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure a safe clinical environment.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

• Proficient in general dentistry practices with experience in pediatric dentistry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
• Ability to perform dental extractions and fabrication of dental appliances.
• Familiarity with operating within a dental clinic setting, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Excellent patient assessment skills to identify oral health issues accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and provide exceptional care.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the clinic.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
