Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, oral surgery, and dental fabrication.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software, documenting treatments, prescriptions, and patient interactions.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term health.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe dental office environment.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, and infection control practices.
  • Experience with oral surgery techniques is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $650,000.00 per year
