General Dentist

RELOCATION OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our growing practice as we provide dental care with excellence and integrity. Our practice is located in the Sierra Nevada region just a short drive to Sacramento, Reno, and Lake Tahoe. This opportunity provides a large and growing patient base that will give you the opportunity to make a great living as you grow with us. As you provide general dentistry, you will be supported by a clinical and administrative team that makes our patient experience uniquely personal and exceptional.

Location:

• Grass Valley, CA

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Mon-Thurs 8-5pm
• Friday 7-4pm

Compensation:

• 30% of production
• Potential range of $200k - $350k first year
• $1,000 per day guaranteed for the first 90 days or 30% of net production, whichever is greater. After 90 days, compensation is 30% of net production

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental examinations: new, periodic, and problem focused
• Determine and present treatment options
• Provide dental care and treatment as prescribed and accepted by patients
• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed
• Educate patients on restorative and preventive dental health care
• Actively work with team members to support and enhance our “work family’ culture
• Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with our practice mission and core values

Qualifications or Requirements:

• California Dental License
• DEA Registration
• 1-2 years of experience preferred, but not required
