Temporary Associate Dentist Opportunity – October 2025

We’re looking for a talented and personable Temporary Associate Dentist to join our practice for October 2025. This short-term role is available while our Owner Dentist is away for a personal commitment. Position Details

• Type: Temporary (October 2025)
• Reason: Coverage during the Owner Dentist’s absence

Compensation

• Competitive and commensurate with experience
• Open to negotiation

Key Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions (e.g., cavities, fractures, oral diseases)
• Perform restorative procedures, including fillings and crowns
• Conduct extractions, root canals, and minor surgical treatments
• Administer local anesthesia and sedation when appropriate
• Interpret diagnostic imaging (x-rays, etc.)
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Fit and fabricate dental appliances
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide post-treatment care and respond to patient inquiries

Qualifications

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a CODA-accredited dental school
• Active state dental license
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, ethical, and patient-focused approach
• Familiarity with ADA protocols and compliance standards

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $450.00 - $1,000.00 per day
