Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general / family dentistry. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring compliance with all health regulations and standards.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental needs
- Perform a range of dental procedures including general dentistry, restorative dentistry and dental extractions
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and post-operative care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and aseptic technique is advantageous
- Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary

Pay: $185,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
