Brookline Smile Artists is a multi-specialty practice in Brookline, Massachusetts. We are looking for a general dentist to join our productive practice. Competitive salary based on percentage, CEs, parking pass in Brookline, 401K (for full time), and more. Our office performs cosmetic dentistry, implants, invisalign, restorative work and root canals. We have three full time dentists, three hygienists and an endodontist. We utilize the latest technology including but not limited to intra oral cameras (in all operatories), digital radiographs, multiple iTero scanners, cavitrons and airflow for prophies, CBCT and more!

Overview of General Responsibilities:

- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning

- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, etc.

- Conduct dental examinations and hygiene checks.

- Collaborate with dental specialists for complex cases

- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems (OpenDental)

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

- Stay updated with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Valid state dental license in good standing

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex dental procedures to patients

- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Ability to work well within a team environment

- Opportunity to do Invisalign treatment

- Opportunity to observe implant surgeries and advance skills to be able to place implants

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
