Exceptional earning potential ($550K–$675K+) annually in a fee-for-service for a Family Dental office with a strong patient base, that is known for its personalized, high-quality care. This opportunity offers a daily guarantee starting at $1000K/day, a tiered bonus structure, full benefits, and an opportunity for long-term growth and potential future ownership for associates who are interested in helping shape the practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and be licensed in the state.
• Sedation Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficient in Preventative, Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
• Willingness to make a long-term commitment to the practice and our community for its growth and success.
• Leadership skills with an interest in mentoring or coaching team members

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Patient-Centered Care: Provide comprehensive dental care to for families with an emphasis on comfort, compassion, and clear communication.
• Creating a Family Atmosphere: Establish and maintain a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for patients and employees.
• Comprehensive Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the best interest of each patient, addressing both immediate and long-term dental health goals.
• Preventative Dentistry: Educate patients and their families about proper oral hygiene practices, diet, and preventative care to promote lifelong dental health.
• Behavior Management: Utilize a variety of techniques and approaches to manage patient behavior effectively, ensuring patients feel safe and relaxed during their visits.
• Community Involvement: Invest time and energy into building strong relationships within the local community.
• Practice Growth: Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by actively participating in marketing, patient retention, and the development of innovative service offerings.

• $1000-1350 DAILY GUARANTEE WITH A TIERED COMPENSATION APPROACH TO PRODUCTION
