Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Compensation: $150,000 – $190,000 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance Available
HRSA Loan Repayment Programup to $100,000 (eligibility required)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a skilled team of dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff.

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions.

  • Perform procedures across preventive, restorative, pediatric, prosthodontic, endodontic, surgical, and orthodontic care.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes lifelong oral health.

  • Participate in the on-call emergency dental system when needed.

  • Support training and development initiatives within the dental program.


Education & Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Dentistry

  • Licensed Dentist (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Missouri

  • DEA and BNDD licenses (or ability to obtain)

  • Current CPR certification

  • New graduates are welcome to apply — mentorship provided!

  • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure if needed

  • Comfort with telehealth services a plus
