Duties

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions with precision and compassion
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop effective treatment plans
• Utilize advanced dental technology such as digital X-rays and medical imaging to diagnose conditions accurately
• Execute oral surgeries and root canal therapies adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with dental assistants in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies to promote lifelong dental health

Experience

• Proven experience working as a General Dentist in a fast-paced dental clinic or office environment
• Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards
• Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, prosthodontics procedures, endodontics (root canals), and other restorative treatments
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry techniques for treating children and adolescents effectively
• Ability to assess patient needs accurately and deliver compassionate care tailored to individual requirements
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining medical records meticulously while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
