Position Overview
A dental office in Brentwood, TN is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their modern, private practice known for its clinical excellence, team-centered culture, and strong patient relationships. You will work alongside an experienced team of assistants and hygienists, supported by efficient systems, digital workflows, and mentorship from senior clinicians. This role is well-suited for a doctor who enjoys comprehensive dentistry and wants to grow within a highly collaborative environment.
Requirements & Expectations
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Competency in general dentistry, including restorative and comprehensive treatment planning
- Confidence in molar endodontics, extractions, and grafting procedures
- Implant placement experience preferred; mentorship and training available
- Alignment with the practice’s core values of trust, professional excellence, compassion, teamwork, and honest communication
- Ability to integrate into a high-performing team and contribute to a positive, supportive culture
- Comfort using modern technology such as digital scanners, CBCT, and AI-driven diagnostics
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily guarantee for the first 90 days, then 30–32% of net collections (based on experience
- Sick days, personal days, and PTO included in the agreement
- CE allowance and ongoing mentorship from senior clinicians and leadership
- Fully digital practice with Trios scanner, CBCT, Overjet AI, and 3D printing integration
- No Medicaid and minimal PPO adjustments, supporting strong earning potential
- Full support from an experienced front office team and in-house marketing systems

- Access to CE resources, clinical playbooks, and monthly doctor calibration meetings
Pay: $165,000.00 - $235,000.00 per year
