What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a dentist who:

• Values quality over speed
• Builds long-term patient relationships
• Is comfortable diagnosing comprehensive care
• Enjoys working with a team that keeps the day flowing smoothly
• Wants to grow clinically (implants, same-day dentistry, full-mouth care encouraged)
• Delivers a wide range of general dentistry services such as extractions, root canal therapy, removable prosthodontics, and of course crown and bridge
• Valid Oregon Dental License

All experience levels welcome! Mentorship available for the right personality and mindset.

• Competitive $1,200 daily guarantee or 30% of production
