Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. Duties

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations, medical history reviews, and oral health evaluations using advanced medical imaging techniques.
• Deliver a wide range of dental treatments such as general dentistry procedures, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care.
• Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate treatment plans effectively with patients and team members.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
• Conduct aseptic techniques and infection control protocols diligently to uphold a safe clinical environment.
• Collaborate with the dental team in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
• Use dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar platforms for scheduling, charting, and managing patient records seamlessly.
• Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term wellness.
• Ensure accurate medical records are kept up-to-date in accordance with legal and professional standards.
• Stay current with advancements in general dentistry practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid state dental license with current certification to practice as a General Dentist.
• Proven experience in a dental clinic or dental office setting with familiarity in pediatric dentistry preferred.
• Proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques.
• Strong knowledge of infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA compliance standards.
• Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics procedures, endodontics treatments, and oral surgery is highly desirable.
• Skilled in using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar systems for efficient patient record management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient care and team collaboration.
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $179,554.42 - $216,237.58 per year
