General Dentist

We are a private practice general dentist office looking for a general dentist to work Monday through Thursday and 1 Saturday a month in our busy Colton, CA office.

Hours: 9-6 (M-Th) and 8-1 (for one Saturday a month)

If you would like to only work part-time, please tell us the days you would like to work.

Compensation: Depends on skillset. Minimum: $700/day or 25% production, whichever is higher (current doctor who graduated in 2017 and has been with us for 4 years makes $900/day due to collections and base, and our second doctor who graduated 2015 and has been with us for 10 years makes around $1000/day). We are looking to add another doctor because our current doctor who has been with us for 4 years is opening a partnership office with us in 3 months (so there is always room to grow in our organization!)

The doctor who does surgical extractions, anterior/premolar RCTs, and implants receives a higher base.

Base will never go away, even after 6+ months.

Office: 4 operatories
Patient Flow: 10-15 patients on a normal day, and 20 patients on a busy day (between 2 doctors) - this includes recall checkups and hygiene, not all patients are treatment.

Procedures Done: All aspects of general dentistry (Referred out: 3rd molar extractions, molar RCTs, pediatric patients, and implants - only do what you are comfortable doing)
Insurances: Medi-Cal, PPOs, Union Plans, Cash (no HMOs) - no upselling

No Cherry Picking of High Production Procedures: The owners do not take any cases away from the other doctors. Do whatever you feel comfortable doing.
