Compensation
- $700 daily guarantee or percentage of production (whichever is higher)

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a dental practice setting
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited university
- Active Florida Dental License or eligibility for licensure through reciprocity
- Strong foundation in medical terminology, clinical documentation, and patient record management
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Proficiency in comprehensive oral examinations, diagnosis, and interpretation of diagnostic imaging
- Skilled in taking and recording vital signs
- Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Duties
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that meet their needs and expectations.
- Utilize dental terminology accurately to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.
- Maintain precise medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and legal standards.
- Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols diligently to uphold the highest standards of patient safety.
- Use dental imaging technology effectively for diagnosis and treatment planning, including medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry.
- Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties to continually improve patient care.
