General Dentist

Our well-established general dental practice is seeking a motivated and skilled General Dentist to join our team. We proudly serve a loyal patient base and invest heavily in marketing, ensuring a consistent flow of new patients.

Compensation

  • $700 daily guarantee or percentage of production (whichever is higher)
  • Strong patient flow with immediate earning potential

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a dental practice setting
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited university
  • Active Florida Dental License or eligibility for licensure through reciprocity
  • Strong foundation in medical terminology, clinical documentation, and patient record management
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Proficiency in comprehensive oral examinations, diagnosis, and interpretation of diagnostic imaging
  • Skilled in taking and recording vital signs
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Duties

  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Utilize dental terminology accurately to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.
  • Maintain precise medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and legal standards.
  • Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols diligently to uphold the highest standards of patient safety.
  • Use dental imaging technology effectively for diagnosis and treatment planning, including medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry.
  • Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
  • Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties to continually improve patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $700.00 per day

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
