Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced dental practice. This is a part-time position (Wednesday and Friday). This role is ideal for someone with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping patients achieve long-term oral health.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions through exams, restorations, root canals, extractions, and preventive care
  • Perform surgical extractions and place implants (if credentialed)
  • Review and interpret diagnostic imaging
  • Administer anesthesia and manage patient comfort and anxiety
  • Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care
  • Document treatments accurately in the EMR system
  • Collaborate with assistants, hygienists, and front desk to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations

Required Skills and Certifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
  • Active New Jersey dental license in good standing
  • Minimum 3 years of general dentistry experience
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Proficient in restorative, preventive, and diagnostic care
  • Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
  • Comfortable with digital radiography and EMR systems

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with dental implants or clear aligners
  • Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend or similar EMR software
  • Bilingual in Korean or Spanish
  • Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and other digital tools
  • Familiarity with ADP or other HR/timekeeping systems

Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per day
