Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of dental procedures including fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and preventive care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient service.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in dental techniques, tools, and materials through ongoing education.
• Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure to practice dentistry as a General Dentist.
• Proven experience providing comprehensive dental care in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of current dental procedures, technology, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing patient records and appointments.
• Nice-to-have skills include proficiency with digital radiography, CAD/CAM technology, or sedation dentistry.
