Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional dental services.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatric dentistry.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Conduct various dental procedures, including restorative work, extractions, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry, including techniques in prosthodontics and dental fabrication.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in dental terminology and four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and patient assessment methodologies.
• Experience or knowledge in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of patient care.

Pay: $231,797.00 - $257,530.00 per year
