Role Type: Patient Conversion & Clinical Support

Job Description

We are looking for a General Dentist (BDS) with strong communication skills and basic clinical knowledge who can handle patient counselling, conversion, and treatment explanation.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and understand their dental concerns.
• Conduct basic dental check-ups and record findings.
• Explain diagnosis, treatment plan, and procedures to patients in simple language.
• Support in treatment conversion through effective counselling.
• Coordinate with senior doctors for advanced treatment cases.
• Maintain patient records, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and clinic hygiene.

Skills Required

• Strong communication (Hindi, English; Telugu added advantage).
• Confidence in patient handling and counselling.
• Basic clinical knowledge of general dentistry.
• Good presentation and convincing skills.
• Polite, patient-friendly attitude.

Qualification

• BDS from a recognized university.
• Valid dental registration certificate.
