Role Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care with a strong focus on adult patients
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of general and restorative cases
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals
- Coordinate care with specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes
- For new graduates: receive hands-on mentorship with guided autonomy
Qualifications
- Active state dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- New graduates and D4 students encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
- Prior experience treating adult patients is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to move efficiently between operatories
