We are seeking an experienced, patient-centered General Dentist to join our Thornton, CO. team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values quality, autonomy, and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with an adult patient population.

Responsibilities:

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care with a strong focus on adult patients
  • Diagnose and manage a broad range of general and restorative cases
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals
  • Coordinate care with specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • For new graduates: receive hands-on mentorship with guided autonomy
Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Active state dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • New graduates and D4 students encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Prior experience treating adult patients is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to move efficiently between operatories
