Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry, with experience in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery being highly desirable. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment journey. You will work closely with a dedicated team of dental professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care while adhering to the highest standards of infection control and medical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans for various dental conditions.
  • Execute a range of dental procedures including but not limited to general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
  • Conduct pediatric dentistry procedures with a focus on creating a positive experience for younger patients.
  • Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow and care delivery.
  • Uphold infection control protocols and aseptic techniques in all clinical settings.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices.
  • Experience in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other advanced procedures is an asset.
  • Previous experience working in a dental clinic or office setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.

Pay: $600.00 per day
