General Duty Assistant : Patient care

Job Summary:
The General Duty Assistant (GDA) will assist nurses and doctors in providing basic patient care, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring comfort and safety for patients in hospitals or clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Help in shifting and positioning patients safely.
• Support nursing staff during medical procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and equipment.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nurse.
• Ensure comfort and emotional support to patients and their families.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
• Certificate/Diploma in General Duty Assistant or Patient Care.
• Basic knowledge of patient handling and hospital hygiene.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate and service-oriented attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
