General Factory Worker

The Grieve Corporation is a manufacturer of industrial ovens and furnaces, and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our factory team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a busy manufacturing environment. You’ll be part of a team that builds high‑quality equipment used across a wide range of industries, contributing directly to products our customers depend on every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Moving materials
• Insulating equipment
• Grinding
• Drilling
• Assisting with welding
• Parts assembly

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full time attendance is mandatory.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in a mechanical assembly, sheet metal or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be able to follow verbal instructions.
• Must be able to read and write English
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
