General Foreman

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman with proven UAE experience in villa developments and high-rise building construction. The candidate will oversee daily site operations, manage manpower, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain project timelines in accordance with project specifications and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for villas and high-rise buildings.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
• Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower effectively.
• Monitor structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Enforce health & safety standards in line with UAE regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor material usage and control wastage.
• Maintain progress reports and daily site logs.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within deadlines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience, with minimum 5 years in UAE.
• Strong experience in:
• Villa construction (luxury & residential)
• High-rise structural works (concrete frame, post-tension, etc.)
• Finishing works
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
• Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering.
