Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to manage and supervise the construction of private villas from foundation to handover. The role requires strong site leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for villa construction projects.
• Coordinate and control subcontractors, labor, and suppliers.
• Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and QCS standards.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and material usage.
• Enforce HSE regulations and maintain a safe site environment.
• Report daily progress to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years experience in villa or residential construction.
• Proven experience as General Foreman or Senior Site Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of structural, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
• Experience in Qatar construction market is preferred.

نبذة عن الوظيفة:
تعلن شركة M Engineering Trading & Contracting عن حاجتها لتعيين فورمان عام ذو خبرة للإشراف وإدارة أعمال إنشاء الفلل السكنية من مرحلة الأساسات وحتى التسليم النهائي، مع القدرة على قيادة فرق العمل وتنسيق جميع الأعمال بالموقع لضمان التنفيذ وفق الجودة والوقت والتكلفة المحددة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف اليومي على جميع أعمال الموقع الخاصة بمشاريع الفلل.
• تنسيق ومتابعة أعمال المقاولين من الباطن والعمالة والموردين.
• التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال حسب المخططات والمواصفات واشتراطات كود البناء القطري.
• متابعة تقدم الأعمال والإنتاجية واستهلاك المواد.
• تطبيق أنظمة الصحة والسلامة المهنية بالموقع.
• رفع تقارير يومية عن سير العمل للمهندس أو مدير المشروع.
• حل المشكلات الفنية والتنفيذية بالموقع بشكل فوري.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 7–10 سنوات في إنشاء الفلل أو المشاريع السكنية.
• خبرة مثبتة في وظيفة فورمان عام أو فورمان أول.
• معرفة جيدة بالأعمال الإنشائية والتشطيبات وتنسيق أعمال الـ MEP.
• القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات والمواصفات الفنية.
• مهارات قيادية وتواصل جيدة.
• رخصة قيادة قطرية سارية شرط أساسي.
• معرفة جيدة بسوق المقاولات في قطر وموردي مواد البناء المحليين.
• يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في سوق قطر.

راتب مجزٍ حسب الخبرة
