Electrical Supervisor (KAHRAMAA Licensed)

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works, including solar PV projects, in compliance with KAHRAMAA regulations and project specifications. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, coordinating with project teams, and supporting testing and commissioning activities. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site leadership, and the ability to manage electrical works efficiently within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at site.
• Ensure all activities comply with KAHRAMAA requirements and approved drawings.
• Oversee cable laying, DB installations, light pole works, and solar PV integration.
• Monitor site safety, quality, and progress of electrical works.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid KAHRAMAA Electrical License (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical works.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in Solar PV projects.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Must hold valid NOC and be available for immediate joining.
• Valid Qatar driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of LV systems and solar PV installations.
• Good leadership and site coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and SLDs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,800.00 - QAR4,800.00 per month
