MEP Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an MEP Supervisor (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) with extensive experience in electrical, mechanical and plumbing maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, supervisory skills, and hands-on experience in building maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise operation, maintenance, and periodic repairs of electrical and mechanical systems
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per maintenance schedules
• Oversee operation and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) and backup systems
• Ensure all equipment and devices are safe from malfunction and fire hazards
• Monitor firefighting and fire extinguishing systems to ensure proper functionality
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of electrical & mechanical maintenance experience
• Good English communication skills
• Physically fit and in good health condition
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Locally available in Qatar with valid QID
• Transferrable visa is required
• Age Limit: 21 to 40 years old.
• Asian candidates will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: QAR 2,200
• Food Allowance: QAR 300
• General Allowance: QAR 300
• Mobile Allowance: QAR 100
• Plus other expat benefits as per company policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,900.00 per month
