Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to oversee daily operations at the worksite. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring quality standards, monitoring progress, and maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers on-site.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Read and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Inspect work areas and resolve any issues or delays.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to workers.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and project managers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or technical certification (preferred).

Job Title: Driver

Job Summary:
We are hiring a dependable and responsible Driver to transport materials, equipment, and personnel safely and efficiently. The Driver must have excellent driving skills, knowledge of routes, and adherence to traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Transport staff, goods, or equipment to designated locations.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle.
• Follow assigned schedules and delivery instructions.
• Report accidents, mechanical issues, or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (Light/Heavy as per job requirement).
• Proven experience as a driver.
• Knowledge of traffic rules, routes, and road safety.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Physically fit and attentive to detail.
• High school education preferred.
