General Foreman - Civil

GENERAL FOREMAN - CIVIL

Location: Mogadishu, Somalia secure zone

Project type:

5-star hotel + convention hall construction in Mogadishu, Somalia.

Project duration:

2 years

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and coordinate civil foremen and site teams

✔ Oversee civil works including concrete, masonry, formwork & finishing

✔ Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specificationsMonitor site productivity, quality, and project progress

✔ Enforce HSE standards and PPE compliance

✔ Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements

✔ Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors

✔ Maintain daily reports, progress records, and workforce logs

Experience:

• Proven experience as a General Foreman or Senior Civil Foreman
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
