General Foreman (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across multiple trades.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage and guide foremen, supervisors, and site workers.
• Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager/Site Engineer.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain site discipline, safety compliance, and quality standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction (preferably high-rise/building projects)
• Proven experience as a General Foreman or Senior Foreman
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• UAE/GCC experience preferred

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
