Job Title: Site Foreman – Interior Finishing Works
Location: KSA (Project Site)
Reporting Line: Site/Project Engineer
Job Purpose
The Site Foreman will supervise and coordinate high-end interior finishing works to ensure exceptional detailing and workmanship. This role requires strong leadership in managing large teams of laborers, technical proficiency in high-end finishes, and close collaboration with site engineers and MEP coordinators to deliver projects to Recchie’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Workforce Management
- Lead and manage a workforce of 40+ laborers on site, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety standards.
- Allocate daily tasks, monitor progress, and resolve site-level issues promptly.
Interior Finishing Works
- Oversee execution of high-end woodwork, flooring, stone wall cladding, ceramic cladding, and other finishing activities.
- Ensure workmanship meets the highest quality standards for premium projects.
Technical Competence
- Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings and specifications.
- Translate drawings accurately into dimensions and layouts on floors, ceilings, and walls.
- Ensure precise measurements to avoid reworks and delays.
Site Coordination
- Collaborate with the MEP coordinator to align interior fit-out works and prevent abortive or rework activities.
- Support project engineers in meeting timelines and ensuring smooth workflow across trades.
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain strict quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Enforce safety, health, and environment (HSE) policies on site.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of interior finishing and high-end detailing.
- Ability to manage and motivate large teams of multi-national laborers.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and applying them practically on site.
- Good site coordination skills with other trades, particularly MEP.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Languages: Preferably Arabic or Urdu speakers; English communication is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of site experience in interior finishing, with exposure to high-end projects.
- Proven experience supervising large teams on complex construction/fit-out projects.
Conditions of Work
Working Hours: 12 hours per day.
Project Duration: 3-month schedules with potential extensions based on project needs.
Location: On-site across KSA project locations.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
