General Handyman

All-in-One Handyman – Custom Professional RenovationsDenver Metro Area | Full-Time | W2 or 1099 | $35–$45/hour

Custom Professional Renovations (CPR) is a premier interior residential renovation company serving the Denver-Metro area. Our focus is on delivering high-quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and seamless project execution. We are growing and looking to add a skilled, versatile All-in-One Handyman to our amazing team.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced handyman with a broad skill set in interior residential renovations. This role requires hands-on expertise in multiple trades, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to quality work. Whether W2 employee or 1099 contractor (preference available), you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform a wide range of renovation tasks including:

o Electrical

o Plumbing

o HVAC

o Framing

o Drywall installation & finishing

o General carpentry and repairs

· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently.

· Work collaboratively with the CPR team to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.

· Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

· Proven hands-on experience in multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, etc.).

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Tools of the trade preferred.

· Prior residential renovation/remodeling experience required.

Compensation & Benefits:

· $35–$45/hour, depending on experience.

· Flexibility to choose W2 employee or 1099 contractor status.
