We’re building an unstoppable Rental Turn Team and need skilled Handymen who thrive on variety, quality craftsmanship, and getting units leased FAST. You’ll be the hero who preps our rentals between tenants – making every property shine and ready for the next happy resident.

What You’ll Do (And Absolutely Crush):

• Perform full rental turns: painting, minor drywall repairs, plumbing fixes, electrical basics, appliance installs, and general maintenance magic
• Handle flooring repairs/replacements, cabinetry touch-ups, fixture upgrades, and deep cleaning coordination
• Ensure every unit passes our high standards for move-in readiness – spotless, functional, and wow-factor ready
• Work efficiently to hit tight turnaround schedules while maintaining top-tier quality
• Collaborate with property managers and the team to prioritize tasks and keep occupancy soaring
• Occasional light landscaping, pressure washing, and preventative maintenance across our diverse portfolio

Who We’re Looking For (The Rockstar Profile):

• Proven handyman experience (3+ years preferred) with a toolbox full of skills in multiple trades
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and your own basic tools (we provide the big stuff!)
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality work and pride in every finished job
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves variety – no two days are the same
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to pass background check
• Bonus points for experience in rental turns, multifamily properties, or investor-owned portfolios
