General Helper

Position Overview

Expride Contracting LLC is looking for a hardworking and reliable General Helper with 3–4 years of UAE construction experience to support daily site activities and assist skilled workers. The ideal candidate should be familiar with construction site procedures, able to follow instructions, and committed to always maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers on site.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform basic site preparation tasks such as cleaning, levelling, and debris removal.
• Assist in mixing materials (cement, mortar, etc.) as required.
• Support site supervisors and foremen with general labor tasks.
• Safely operate basic hand tools and follow site safety protocols.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks on time.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of materials.
• Report any safety risks or issues immediately to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience as a General Helper in UAE construction sites.
• Understanding of basic construction activities and labor tasks.
• Ability to work long hours and in outdoor conditions.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and dependable.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a team environment.
• Knowledge of site safety rules and PPE usage.
• Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu (preferred).
