Job Summary

A General Helper assists skilled workers and supervisors with various manual tasks, loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting daily operations at construction sites, warehouses, factories, or maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, laborers, and supervisors in daily work activities.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and machinery.
• Support construction, maintenance, warehouse, or factory operations.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
• Help in packing, sorting, and arranging materials when required.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Perform basic manual labor and site support duties.
• Report damaged tools or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Maintain discipline and teamwork at the workplace.

Requirements

• Basic education preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or factory work is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Hardworking and responsible attitude.

Working Conditions
