General Helper – Production line

Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai
Employment Type: Full Time
Shift: 12 Hours / 6 Days Per Week

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with counting and filling snack packets as per product requirements.

· Fill and seal outer polybags for various products.

· Pack and seal cartons and prepare them for dispatch.

· Support palletizing and stacking of finished goods.

· Assist machine operators by feeding packaging materials and handling finished output.

· Support material movement such as, raw materials, and packing components.

· Assist in line cleaning and hygiene during changeovers and production breaks.

· Maintain cleanliness and compliance with company food safety standards.

· Follow instructions provided by supervisors, foreman, and senior staff.

· Flexibly support any role required on the production floor during operational demand.

Requirements:

· Experience in the factory, packing, warehouse, or food industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

· Must be willing to learn, adapt quickly, and be flexible with responsibilities.

· Ability to work as part of a team with discipline and respect.

· Must speak Hindi (English understanding is an advantage).

· Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

· Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

Personal Skills:

· Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours.

· Teachable, obedient, and follows instructions.

· Positive attitude and willingness to improve skills.

· Ability to work under pressure during peak production.
