General Helper - Retail

The General Helper is responsible for assisting the retail division in day-to-day operational activities, primarily supporting and coordinating with drivers to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of goods to retail outlets and customers. The role involves handling loading/unloading tasks, documentation support, basic inventory coordination, and ensuring compliance with company standards for safety and service.

Key Responsibilities:

The General Helper is responsible for assisting the retail division in day-to-day operational activities, primarily supporting and coordinating with drivers to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery to retail outlets and customers in F&B Industyr.

Driver Coordination & Support

· Assist drivers with loading and unloading of goods at warehouses, retail outlets, and customer locations.

· Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery schedules and proper route planning.

· Support in preparing delivery documents, invoices.

· Communicate delivery status and any operational issues to the supervisor.

Operational Assistance

· Help in maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage and loading areas.

· Assist in checking product quantities and condition before dispatch.

· Support stock movement between retail stores, warehouses, and display areas as required.

· Ensure all handling and delivery operations follow company safety and hygiene standards.

Retail Support

· Assist retail staff in replenishing stock on shelves or storage areas when required.

· Participate in periodic stock counts and physical inventory checks.

· Report any damaged or missing goods promptly to the supervisor.

Administrative Tasks

· Maintain basic delivery logs and assist in updating records.

· Ensure proper filing and submission of delivery and support documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
