Job Title: General Insurance Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive General Insurance Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing motor certificates for the existing motor fleet portfolio.
- Processing vehicle additions and deletions within fleets.
- Handling non-motor endorsements.
- Managing policy renewals.
- Conducting negotiations and follow-ups with insurers.
- Coordinating with the Document Processing team for accounting entries, including verification of documents as per client instructions and underwriting guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance checks and adherence to internal procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in General/commercial lines
- Good knowledge of policy processing, endorsements, and renewals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with UAE insurance practices and compliance requirements is an advantage
