General Labor - jack of all trades

Looking for an individual that can do it all. Painting, Plumbing, Dry Wall, Remolding, Landscaping, Miscellaneous repairs and general maintenance. For any exterior painting a bucket van would be available. You would be responsible for executing, and managing home renovation projects to improve functionality, aesthetics, and value.

Key Responsibilities - handle a wide range of tasks. Duties include but not limited to:.

• Construction and Renovation Work: Perform structural modifications, install or repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and manage carpentry, or flooring tasks and landscaping.
• Aesthetic Updates: Install fixtures, paint.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, etc.
• Ensuring high-quality finishes and precise execution.
