What You'll Be Doing

You'll work at properties throughout the Portland metro area performing a variety of maintenance and cleaning services, including:

• Pressure washing buildings, sidewalks, decks, and stairs
• Roof, gutter, and downspout cleaning
• Dryer vent cleaning
• Window and exterior siding washing
• Moss treatment and prevention
• Parking garage cleaning and maintenance
• Graffiti removal
• Light painting and touch-up work
• Sign installation and repairs
• Trash, recycling, and debris removal
• Light inspections and bulb replacement
• General property maintenance and handyman tasks

No two days are exactly the same, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and staying active.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Shows up on time and takes responsibility for their work
• Enjoys physical, hands-on tasks
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Works well with a team when needed
• Is comfortable working indoors and outdoors year-round
• Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Wants to learn new skills and grow professionally

Experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, or general labor is helpful, but not required. We can teach the right person.

Schedule

Full-Time

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday–Friday
• Work throughout the Portland Metro Area
