General Laborer

Right Hand Home is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing field team. We perform a variety of residential projects throughout Northwest Arkansas, including fencing, decking, roofing, remodeling, repairs, and storm restoration.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants to learn valuable skills in the construction industry. Experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are even more important.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fencing, decking, roofing, remodeling, and exterior home improvement projects
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment
• Perform site preparation, demolition, digging, cleanup, and material handling
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and project managers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Help protect customer property and maintain a professional appearance
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift 50–80 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow directions and learn new skills quickly
• Construction, landscaping, fencing, roofing, or remodeling experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
