General Laborer

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This position assists with a variety of manual labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, site preparation, equipment handling, cleanup, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with construction, installation, maintenance, and repair projects
• Prepare and clean work sites before, during, and after projects
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist team members with daily operational tasks
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete work accurately and efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous labor, construction, warehouse, landscaping, or outdoor work experience is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Valid driver's license preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment

Schedule

• Full-time or Part-time opportunities available
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
