General Laborer / Disassembly - Weekend Shift

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and have experience in assembly, fabrication, and operating various tools. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our production processes and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Weekend Shift is Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch break. Employees who work their scheduled 36 hours each weekend are paid for 40 hours.

Duties

• Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in the assembly line operations, ensuring timely production flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials as needed throughout the facility.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools effectively and safely.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as required.
