General Laborer for Underground Construction

Job description

Looking for a reliable hard-working person to help construct fiber optic systems.

You will work with an experienced Horizontal Directional Drill Construction Crew.

Must be able to follow directions and work in a productive manner.

Must have valid driver's license with under six points and no major moving violations. Must past a pre-employment drug screening and random drug testing.

Work will include digging with shovel safely around underground utilities such as gas, electric, and fiber-optic cables. Other requirements are lifting, organizing, driving, restoring grounds, and Installing 3x3x4 under-ground utility vault with a stone base

Preferred: Experience driving F-350 truck and trailer.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Tavel to the different job location

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
